About Us - Fines Field Baseball Facility - Booking A Diamond
Games will be set up in the on-line system by Quarry Park Administration prior to the ball season. Once games are entered and coaches have been notified, practices can be booked through the on-line booking system. If you are a coach or manager of a team, you do not need to set up an account, it will be set up for you. You will receive an email with instructions once the league organizers have submitted the coaches/managers to the Quarry Park Administrator for the season.
For Monday to Thursday use, diamonds must be booked prior to 2:00 p.m. on the day of use.
For Friday to Sunday use the diamonds must be booked prior to noon on the Friday.
We cannot guarantee your diamond will be prepared for use if you book outside of these times.

Access to the diamonds:

In order to facilitate scheduling of diamonds, teams will be allowed access to the field a maximum of 1 hour prior to regularly scheduled game.  Maintenance staff will not do any further maintenance on the diamonds prior to game time.

In the event of an earlier scheduled game running into extra innings, players arriving for a game are asked to remain off the diamond until the completion of play and maintenance by the grounds crew.

Practice times will be scheduled in 1 1/2 hour blocks. There will be two practices scheduled on a diamond per night.  Players are permitted on the field during their scheduled time only. Games are schedule one per night, unless a planned double header.

Please use your allotted diamond.  Do not allow players to warm up/practice on unoccupied diamonds.
