Summer Employment Opportunities

Heritage Program Assistant

Duties include:

  • Conducting tours

  • Planning & delivery of programs

  • Meet and greet visitors

  • Providing support to Interpretive Centre staff and Heritage Committee volunteers

This positon is funded in part by the Young Canada Works employment initiative of the Department of Canadian heritage. Eligible candidates must meet requirements for the Young Canada Works program.


 Campground Attendant

Duties include:

  • Greeting visitors

  • Providing information

  • Processing payments

  • Assisting with special events

  • Maintaining cleanliness in washrooms and grounds

  • General office duties

This position is funded in part by the Summer Career Placement program of the Manitoba Metis Federation Inc.  Eligible candidates must meet the requirements of the MMF Summer Career Placement program.
